Main features
- Plastic-Compatible PAO Lubrication
- -50 to 150 deg C Range
- Non-Silicone Grease Formulation
Product Description
MOLYKOTE AG-633 Grease is a white, PAO-based lithium grease with special solid lubricants for plastic components and supported plastic-to-metal interfaces. Its service-temperature range is -50 to 150 deg C. Typical properties include 310 worked penetration, 5.6% bleed after 24 hours at 100 deg C, and 0.1% evaporation after 22 hours at 99 deg C. The grease may be applied by brush, spatula or automated equipment after contact points are cleaned. Its non-silicone formulation also supports applications where silicone migration to electrical contacts is a concern.
Key features
- Plastic-compatible PAO lubrication: Lubricates plastic components and supported plastic-to-metal interfaces with a PAO-based grease.
- -50 to 150 deg C range: Has this service-temperature range for supported lubrication points.
- Non-silicone grease formulation: Provides a non-silicone option where silicone migration to electrical contacts is a concern.
Applications
Applications include lubrication of plastic parts and supported plastic-to-metal contact points within the specified application limits.
