LORD 8621
Harmonization Code : 3215.19 | Printing ink, excluding black ink, and includes solder masks
Main features
- Screen-Printable Resistor Paste
- 90 to 110 Ohms/Square
- 14 to 18 Micron Film
Product Description
LORD 8621 Polymer Resistor Composition is a legacy screen-printable black paste within the LORD 8600 Series for creating polymer resistor features on thermally compatible substrates. It has a typical viscosity of 20 to 40 Kcps at 25 deg C and a cured sheet resistivity of 90 to 110 ohms/square under the stated alumina, cure and test geometry. The printed-film thickness is 14 to 18 microns. Supported application substrates include printed circuit boards, ceramics, glass, phenolic materials and flexible substrates capable of withstanding the required thermal processing. Current availability, lifecycle status and exact product SDS coverage require confirmation.
Key features
- Screen-printable resistor paste: Designed to create polymer resistor features through a controlled printing and thermal-processing sequence.
- Legacy cured resistivity range: Has 90 to 110 ohms/square after cure under the specified alumina and geometry conditions.
- Multiple supported substrates: Can be used on printed circuit boards, ceramics, glass, phenolic and suitable flexible substrates.
Applications
Applications include screen printing resistor compositions onto printed circuit boards, ceramics, glass, phenolic and thermally compatible flexible substrates.
