Product Description

LORD 7545-C Curative is the Part 2 curative in LORD 7545-A/C equal-mix urethane adhesive systems. This off-white paste has a typical Brookfield viscosity of 230,000 to 650,000 cP at 77 deg F (25 deg C) and combines with LORD 7545-A resin at 1:1 by volume or 1:0.87 by weight. The resulting A/C configuration has a typical working time of 6 to 8 minutes and reaches handling strength in 60 minutes at 75 deg F (24 deg C). The mixed non-sag adhesive can be applied by cartridge or automatic meter/mix/dispense equipment and remains in position on vertical or overhead surfaces. LORD 7545-C must be used as a curative component rather than as a complete adhesive.
