LORD 312-B
Harmonization Code : 3907.30.00.40 | Epoxy Mold Compounds containing by weight more than 70 % silicon dioxide
Main features
- 0.96 g/cm^3 Hardener Density
- 0.00% Volatile Content by Weight
- Potting and Thin-Film Encapsulation
Product Description
LORD 312-B serves as the Part B hardener in the low-viscosity LORD 312-A/312-B two-part epoxy system. The component is an amber liquid with a typical as-supplied density of 0.96 g/cm^3 and 0.00% volatile content by weight. Combined with LORD 312-A, it forms the mixed epoxy used for potting and thin-film encapsulation. Cured properties and process behavior apply to the complete LORD 312-A/312-B system rather than to Part B alone. The hardener is therefore used with its matching LORD 312-A resin.
Key features
- Hardener Identification: Amber liquid Part B has a typical as-supplied density of 0.96 g/cm^3.
- As-Supplied Volatiles: Typical volatile content by weight is 0.00%.
- System Application: When paired with LORD 312-A, the mixed epoxy is used for potting and thin-film encapsulation.
