Product Description
LOCTITE PC 9422 is an aggregate-filled two-component epoxy grout for machinery-support interfaces, including rails and soleplates. The thick red mixed material is self-leveling and supports grout depths up to 460 mm. At 25 deg C, working life is 285 minutes and cure time is 24 hours. Cured grout has Shore D 79 hardness, 0.48% volume shrinkage, 95 N/mm^2 compressive strength, 1.22 W/(m K) thermal conductivity, and a 65 deg C glass transition temperature. Typical dry service temperature is -30 to 105 deg C.
