Product Description
LOCTITE EA 9695 .030 PSF NW AERO is a one-component .030 PSF nonwoven epoxy film for aerospace composite bonding. The ready-to-use film supports composite co-cure and joining of pre-cured laminates. Its low-flow profile limits intermingling with prepreg resin during layup and cure. Open assembly time is at least 90 days at 25 deg C and at least 45 days at 32 deg C. Thermal processing can use 1 to 1.5 hours at 121 deg C or 1 to 2 hours at 177 deg C. Applications include co-curing composite structures, bonding pre-cured laminates, and composite repair.
