CYBERBOND U334
Harmonization Code : 3919.10.80 | Other self-adhesive plastic rolls not exceeding 20 cm wide.
Main features
- Setting Time Below 3 Seconds at 395 nm
- 2,000 +/- 1,000 cP Viscosity
- 400% Cured Elongation
Product Description
Cyberbond U334 is a one-part UV-curable modified acrylate adhesive for bonding polycarbonate, glass, PET/PETG, and PMMA. The light-straw liquid has a typical viscosity of 2,000 +/- 1,000 cP. Under 395 nm light at 50 mW/cm^2, typical setting time is below 3 seconds; full strength and solvent resistance develop over 24 hours. Typical cured elongation is 400%.
Key features
- 395 nm setting response: Typical setting time is below 3 seconds under 395 nm exposure at 50 mW/cm^2.
- Uncured viscosity: Typical uncured viscosity is 2,000 +/- 1,000 cP.
- Cured elongation: Typical cured elongation is 400%.
Applications
Bonding polycarbonate, glass, PET/PETG, and PMMA; applications requiring vibration or impact resistance.
