Product Description
CoolTherm MT-322 Thermally Conductive Adhesive is a one-part, gray silicone adhesive for bonding electronic components to lids, heat spreaders, and heat sinks. The material cures to a flexible elastomer and has a typical viscosity of 65,000 cP at 25 deg C with a one-month working life at that temperature. Cure schedules are 60 minutes at 120 deg C or 30 minutes at 150 deg C after the material reaches the target temperature. Typical cured thermal conductivity is 1.7 W/(m K), and the stated service-temperature range is -40 to +200 deg C.
Key features
- Cured thermal conductivity: Typical cured thermal conductivity is 1.7 W/(m K).
- Extended working life: Typical working life is one month at 25 deg C before cure.
- Service-temperature range: The stated service-temperature range is -40 to +200 deg C.
Applications
Bonding memory chips and other electronic components to lids, heat spreaders, and heat sinks.
