Main features

  • Excellent Texture Retention
  • Flexible Heat- and Solvent-Resistant Cure
  • Controlled Aircraft Laminate Processing

Product Description

Bostik F10-634 provides a flame-retardant thermoset film adhesive for decorative laminate constructions used in aircraft interiors. The white film is supplied at a nominal 3 mil thickness and 130 g/m^2 dry-film weight. It is formulated for excellent texture retention in embossed decorative structures and shows adhesion to fluorinated films. Recommended processing is approximately 300 to 330 deg F with at least 10 minutes of heat under pressure. After cure, the adhesive remains flexible and provides heat and solvent resistance for decorative laminate constructions that require controlled texture and thermoset performance.

Key features

  • Excellent texture retention: Maintains embossed decorative texture through the laminate bonding process.
  • Controlled heat bonding: Recommended processing is about 300 to 330 deg F with at least 10 minutes of heat under pressure.
  • Flexible resistant cure: The cured film remains flexible and provides heat and solvent resistance.
