Product Description
BONDERITE M-PT 7100 is a chromium-free, dry-in-place post-treatment for metal surfaces carrying an iron phosphate conversion coating. Applied by spray or misting, the treatment is used beneath non-aqueous finishes such as powder paint. Its short 5 to 15 second process time operates at ambient temperature, keeping the post-treatment step compact before finishing. The product is selected for iron-phosphate lines that require a sealing treatment after conversion coating and before the final paint system.
