Product Description
BONDERITE M-FE 1070 is a one-part iron-phosphating cleaner-coater that combines surface cleaning with conversion-coating formation on steel, aluminum, and zinc surfaces. It produces a uniform, non-metallic phosphate coating and leaves a clean, soil-free surface for subsequent finishing. The treatment inhibits corrosion and improves the adhesion and durability of paint finishes, while creating a non-conducting bond between the base metal and paint. Spray and immersion application provide two process routes for pretreatment lines handling the supported metal substrates.
