Product Description
BONDERITE M-AD 315 is a liquid metal-pretreatment additive used to increase silicofluoride content in zinc-phosphating baths. The colorless acidic solution has a density of 1.07 g/cm^3 and is suited to immersion or spray phosphating operations. For a 0.1 g/L silicofluoride increase in 1,000 L of bath volume, the process guidance calls for 1.46 kg, equivalent to 1.36 L, of additive. The product provides a defined bath-adjustment route where free fluoride, free acid, and total acid rise with the addition.
